This Car Club Union Internet Web Site Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (the "Terms of Use") is between anyone using The Site (you) and Car Club Union. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. Car Club Union reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of Car Club Union.

16. Where we provide hypertext links from or to third party sites we do so for convenience and information purposes only. We do not review, endorse, approve or control, and are not responsible for any sites linked from or to the Website, the content of those sites, the third parties named therein, or their products, resources or services. Linking to any other site is at your sole risk and we will not be responsible or liable for any damages in connection with linking, and we accept no liability nor make any endorsement or approval of the same.

These Terms of Use contain the entire understanding between us with respect of The Site and no representation, statement, inducement oral or written, not contained herein shall cgi-bind either of us. Car Club Union reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at any time. Hello and welcome to the new Car Club Union website. After multiple attempts at making this site happen, I'm happy to announce we are now LIVE! I have a lot to offer you with this website, with continuous updates on the way. The features implemented now are as follows: 

• Forum - Here you can discuss cars, racing, or whatever you want with people who share a similar interest as you. Additionally, I have regional forums set-up so you can plan events with car clubs in your area, or simply get the word out about your event. I've also added marketplace forums so you can sell those old parts or put out a "looking for" ad to someone who might have what you want.

• Videos - Upload your racing vids, or share a cool one you found on the internet. You can also rate and comment other people's videos. Additionally, your club can form its own video group so people know where that awesome video came from.

• Directory - I added this to the site so that clubs can advertise what they are all about and recruit members. It includes every state in the union so that there is no trouble finding a car club near you.

• Dashboard - This is my personal favorite of features on the site. The Car Club Dashboard allows you to manage your club over the internet. It offers the club members a private forum, private bulletin board, and a private event listing board. Additionally, club managers can e-mail all their members with ease. You really have to try it out and see for yourself!

• Custom User Profiles - You can't have a social networking site without profiles. I've given everyone their personal profile with a showcase to show off their car and links to all their favorite videos. Additionally, the profile shows others what club affiliations you have.
  

Well there you have it. These are the launch features that Car Club Union has to offer you and your car club. Keep in mind I'll keep building and improving this site according to your feedback that I'll be gathering through the forum and e-mails. So please, register and enjoy the community!
